All prices are listed in USD, and do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, or duties, which will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days, though made-to-order or custom pieces may require additional time. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific processing details.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery options are displayed at checkout. All domestic and international orders may require a signature upon delivery for security.
Please note that once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Coco Belle is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our handcrafted jewelry and the individuality of each piece, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any jewelry item.

If you receive a piece that is defective or damaged in transit, please email us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and work with you toward a resolution.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
