We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any jewelry pieces. Please ensure you review your order carefully before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at cocobellelosolivos@gmail.com or 805-325-9443 within 2 days of delivery, and we will be happy to work with you to investigate. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please note that once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Coco Belle is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
